anyways I think it's a hit or miss kind of thing. like depending on what the overall attire is. I seen a woman a long time ago in DC with some high-waisted dark jeans, a cami with a tie, and it was very becoming. decolletage is sexy and ties on a woman are certainly sexy, so paired right, I say yes! Now I'm gonna have to go try it out.

Ties on girls are always sexy. Not only does it give you something to hold on to, it gives you something to pull ;-)
