Summer 2007 is Back for Me

On the way to the ICP (International Center of Photography) and on the way back, I had some interesting run-ins. First, was debating whether or not to take the 6 train or NRQW and settled on the NRQW. On the platform, saw this guy I briefly dated last year. I actually probably met him in late August. And he's one of my inspirations for starting a blog. Last summer, I was on match.com and at the same time, was having a streak of good guy luck-reconnecting with people, and meeting some nice guys at bars. Basically, at my height, I went on 5 dates in one week. I was casually dating two guys with the same name. And- going back to guy on subway platform, found vast amounts in humor in the fact that he has the same name, hair color, and worked at the same company as my friend's boyfriend. So we had a nice, slightly awkward 10 minute chat. He's still pretty cute but I never felt like we fully connected.

After getting out of the subway, I walked past this guy who went to my church and I see once a year at Christmas. Incidentally, he was also once featured in the New York Times "The Hunt" feature in the real estate section.

Then on the way back, first ran into the guy I went to college with. He was in a popular improve group and I guess for the past 2 years has been selling salon packages. I'm guessing probably part time while he pursues his acting? I've seen him many times. And then ran into this guy I met through Match last year. After looking back at my old emails, it's quite possible we may have gone on our first date exactly a year ago. But at the time, I was dating so many guys I couldn't keep track and therefor, we never made it to a second date but still talk online. Anyway, talk about your past coming back to you. Who knows what tomorrow will bring.

And by the way, for some annoying reason, my phone keeps typing "wov" instead of "you" when I used T9. Interesting..
